City HouseA planning application has been submitted for the redevelopment of City House, a 117,000 sq ft office building  situated directly above Leeds City train station. 

Proposals include an extensive refurbishment programme that will see this landmark building transformed into highly specified office accommodation.  The building is being redeveloped in partnership with former owners, Mordril Properties.
