Daniel Williams joined Kenmore in June 2006 to head up a new dedicated development division based in London and covering the Midlands, South East and South West. With 17 years experience in the property market, Daniel was latterly with Treasury Holdings in Dublin where he had overall responsibility for a significant mixed development portfolio with an end value of over €1.5bn. Prior to that he was at io Group where he initiated two speculative development funds specialising in industrial development with a fund size of £200m.
