Our development teams are currently involved in projects totalling 5 million square feet, with an end value of approximately £1.7 billion. Our experience spans industrial, office, mixed use and retail sectors and we have been presented with several industry awards including BCO and RIBA.
Projects are undertaken by Kenmore vehicles directly and in joint venture with other developers seeking finance. One of our strengths is our ability to successfully work in partnership with local contractors.
In the UK Kenmore has established dedicated development divisions in the North and South to support the growing number of projects. Daniel Williams heads up the Southern development division from London and Martyn Roe is Development Director for the North, based in Edinburgh. Will Hean heads up Kenmore's development division in the Middle East, based in Dubai.
