Kenmore Property Group established Kenmore Private Equity in November 2006 to focus on the origination of deals in the private equity sector. The business aims to target investment opportunities which are often beneath the radar of the big private equity funds. To date KPE has invested £25 million across six transactions, has a further £25 million in the pipeline and plans to invest £100 million over the next 12 months. The sectors invested in include an upper range ski wear company, Jet Set, the serviced office company, Avanta, and a caravan park business, Manor Park.
