Jeff Grant

Associate Director

Jeff Grant joined Kenmore’s UK Development team based in Edinburgh in August 2007.  Jeff previously worked at UNITE, the UK’s leading student accommodation provider, where he was Regional Project Director, overseeing projects including Buchanan View in Glasgow and Hillhead in Aberdeen.  Jeff has 25 years experience in the real estate industry including five years project managing construction projects at C-Mist and four years at Metropolitan & City Properties Ltd.
