Kenmore acquires another prominent Leeds city centre building
Kenmore purchases Merton House on Albion Street in Leeds

Kenmore Property Group has purchased Merton House on Albion Street in Leeds for £6.8 million from Royal London Asset Management. The prominent building is currently occupied by Argos on the ground floor and is the also the UK headquarters building for stockbrokers Redmayne Bentley. Kenmore plans to carry out an extensive refurbishment of the 6 storey property, renewing the interior space with comfort cooling, raised floors and a new heating system, to provide 21,000 sq ft of grade A office accommodation. Retail units up to 12,000 sq ft will also be released when the project completes in late 2008.
