Kenmore expands UK, German and Nordic offices

Kenmore announces four new appointments in the UK, Berlin and Stockholm

Kenmore Property Group is pleased to announce the expansion of its UK, German and Nordic operations, with four new appointments. Fergus Reilly and Jeff Grant have joined the UK team as Associate Directors, Clemens von Arnim has joined as an Investment Analyst in the Berlin office and Henrik Eriksson has joined as Investment Analyst at Kenmore's Nordic office in Stockholm.

• Fergus Reilly has been appointed to look after the asset management of a portfolio of properties in the North East of England and Scotland. Fergus joins Kenmore from G&M Estates, where he has worked for the past six years as Property Director.  Previously Fergus worked for the Scottish Metropolitan Property Plc as a Property Investment Manager.

• Jeff Grant has joined Kenmore’s UK Development team based in Edinburgh.  Jeff previously worked at UNITE, the UK’s leading student accommodation provider, where he was Regional Project Director, overseeing projects including Buchanan View in Glasgow and Hillhead in Aberdeen.  Jeff has 25 years experience in the real estate industry including five years project managing construction projects at C-Mist and four years at Metropolitan & City Properties Ltd.

• Clemens von Arnim has been appointed as an Investment Analyst in Kenmore’s Berlin office.  Clemens joins from CBRE, where he worked in the portfolio transaction team in Frankfurt am Main.  Prior to that he gained experience in management consultancies.  Clemens holds a Bachelor degree from King’s College London/LSE and is currently completing a MSc in Real Estate at the International Real Estate Business School in Regensburg.

• Henrik Eriksson has joined as Investment Analyst at the Nordic office in Stockholm. His primary responsibility is to evaluate and appraise potential acquisitions and business opportunities.  He recently graduated with an M.Sc. in Surveying from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and.worked for a short period at Aberdeen Property Investors in investment strategy.
