Kenmore strengthens development team
Kenmore appoints James Scott as Associate Director to join their development team, based in Leeds.

Kenmore has announced that it has expanded its development team with the appointment of James Scott as Associate Director. Based in Leeds, James will be responsible for identifying, securing and successfully delivering commercial development opportunities in the north of England.
James previously worked as a Development Director at Business Homes, where he specialised in office development. Prior to that, James occupied roles in commercial and residential property development and worked as an agent for companies including BHT (Brackenridge Hanson Tate), Chesterton and CB Richard Ellis.
