France

Kenmore has been active in the French property market since 2002. Our Paris office was established in August 2004 and is headed by Director, Chris Pope. Our current portfolio is made up of well located properties in established zones, close to good transport connections with a diverse mix of tenants, the largest of which represents 4% of the total portfolio.

The majority of our assets are in the light industrial sector but increasingly we are targeting other sectors. The French Regional Office Fund was established in April 2007 to focus on office investment in regional towns throughout France.  The Fund has a target portfolio size of approximately €100 million.
