Sweden

Kenmore has been active in Sweden since 2005 and now manages over 570,000 sqm across Sweden. Our Stockholm office was opened in October 2006, headed by Investment Director, David Dahlgren.

Transactions

In 2007, Kenmore completed eight transactions in Sweden, acquiring 21 assets with a total value of over €65 million. These acquisitions were made on behalf of the Kenmore European Industrial Fund, the Adam Second Property Partnership and Kenmore Europe. Deals include the acquisition of six car dealership properties, purchased for €25.6 million from Catena. Well located in mid-sized cities in southern Sweden, the properties possess good value-add opportunities to extend and develop the assets, for existing and new tenants.

Kenmore continues to seek opportunities to increase its portfolio, focusing on established distribution/logistics centres and other commercial investments in Sweden.
