The Middle East represents a key area of growth for Kenmore. In 2006 Kenmore established an office in Dubai as a base from which to explore investment opportunities in the U.A.E., Saudi, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Oman and further afield. In total the Group has committed equity to 11 deals with a total built up area of 3.4 million sqft and a gross development value of over £600 million.

Developing over 1 million square feet of low cost residential units in partnership with a local developer.
Nine plots to be developed in a joint venture with MINC Property to create residential towers and serviced apartments totalling 93,089 sqm of sellable area.
A 4,645 sqm floor of The Daman Building, at the heart of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) in partnership with the In-Touch Group and the Landmark Real Estate Opportunity Fund.
Developing 180 serviced apartments in a joint venture with Gulf City Estates Limited and Landmark.
The site of a planned residential tower comprising 25 floors to be developed jointly by Kenmore and ME Alignment. This is our first investment in the Qatari market.
