In addition, joint ventures have been carried out with GE Capital and Real Estate, clients of Kleinwort Benson private bank and Apollo Real Estate.
The leveraged returns which Kenmore delivers by intensive active management of its assets has not only created first class returns for shareholders, but has encouraged existing partners to commit increased resources and attracted new partners to follow the group into new jurisdictions and capital markets.
Our approach
We maintain a very focused and personal approach with all of our joint venture partners. As well as regular communication and formal board meetings, financial appraisals are combined with detailed business plans to help achieve and monitor our stated goals for active asset management throughout the agreed hold period.
