Based on cost value Kenmore has £1.7 billion of investments and developments across the UK and in France, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Dubai. In addition the Group has a development pipeline of approximately £1.7 billion.
Kenmore’s 2007 results showed a 55% increase in assets under management. Since January 2006 Kenmore has been particularly active in Europe where it has seen its European portfolio grow from £227 million to £926 million*, based on cost value.
