Kenmore implemented an extensive 12 month refurbishment programme at a cost of more than £10 million to create 97,000 sq ft of office space at Quayside Tower, located centrally on Broad Street.  Iin order to allow more flexibility to the sub-division of the office space, the central core area of the tower was reconfigured.  A more vertical emphasis was achieved with floor-to-floor glazing to the corners of the tower and the entrie building was re-clad. 

The top two floors were let to Yell.com and the property was sold for over £25 million.
