This striking 84,000 sq ft nine story office development has won several industry awards including the BCO 'Best Commercial Workplace Scotland' award 2006, the Scottish Design Award 2005 and the RIBA Architectural Award 2005. It was the first development in the UK to integrate LED lights into the glazing system which allows the building to change colour.

Tenants include blue chip clients such as Morgan Stanley, J P Morgan, AON Insurance and ACE Insurance. Sentinel was sold for £38.5 m showing a retun on equity of 164% per annum.
